THINGS WE BEEN ASKED
What is Galaxy Gaming Gear?
We make tokens and templates for tabletop and roleplaying games, as well as terrain and miniatures. We're a small team of designers and gamers with the intention to produce quality gear at a price point that caters to both beginners to the hobby, and veterans who want to expand their hoard.
Hey, this looks familiar!
We've been around for a little while, but had to put a pause on production due to the events of 2020. Galaxy is back and ready to join the fray once more. We'll be focusing on creating new products with the same quality and charm that made us successful the first time around.
How do I get the stuff?
All of our product is available online. Right now we only ship to Canada and the US, but are looking into shipping internationally.
We're located in Calgary, AB and attend various conventions and expos in the area with a vendor table. Sign up for the newsletter to stay informed of where we strike next.
How do you utilize generative AI?
We don't! Generative AI is not used in the design, production, marketing, or any other step in the process. Art and games are for humans, not robots.
Where are you guys located?
We're based in Calgary, AB. Our designers and staff are Canadian, and we use all Canadian material from Canadian suppliers. We do our part to keep this hobby affordable and accessible for our fellow Canucks.
There's a problem with my product or it's broken beyond repair. Help!
Due to minor inconsistencies in production and material, not all items are created equal. If there's an issue with your stuff, please email us and we will do our best to make it right.
